Shri Sadguru Samarth Narayana Ashram is a spiritual and service-oriented center based on the teachings of Samartha Ramadasa and the traditions of Sanātana Dharma. Sadguru Narayana Maharaj, the 11th Peethadhipati, continues to guide the ashram spiritually. Under his leadership, the ashram reaches thousands of people through daily worship, free meals (prasadam), spiritual gatherings (satsangs), and acts of service (seva).

🌟 Heritage and History

This spiritual lineage goes back to Shri Samartha Ramadasa, the respected Guru of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj. Historical records show that land was donated along both sides of the Musi River to support Sanatana Dharma.

Later, during the 20th century, Swami Narayana Maharaj expanded the work of the ashram. He established centers in both Hyderabad and Harihar, increasing its reach through spiritual practices and community service.

Today, the ashram continues to offer free meals, Vedic rituals, devotional singing (bhajans), and social support to the local community.

🐄 Shri Samarth Kamadhenu Gowshala

One of the key parts of the ashram is the Kamadhenu Gowshala, which focuses on protecting and caring for cows.

• The shelter area covers 35,000 sq. ft. with strong RCC construction.

• A veterinary clinic is available to treat sick or injured cows.

• Separate sections care for young calves and unwell cows.

• Clean water, steady electricity, and food storage are well arranged.

• Fresh vegetables are given weekly to ensure the cows have a nutritious diet.

With love and scientific methods, the staff at the Gowshala take care of the cows, fulfilling the sacred duty of Gow Seva (cow service).
