ISKCON Hyderabad, officially known as Sri Sri Radha Madanmohan Mandir, is a prominent spiritual and cultural center located in Abids, Hyderabad. It serves as the South Indian Headquarters for the International Society for Krishna Consciousness (ISKCON).

The temple is dedicated to the presiding deities, Sri Sri Radha Madanmohan, and was inaugurated by the founder-acharya of ISKCON, His Divine Grace A.C. Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupada. It aims to spread the message of Krishna Consciousness and spiritualize day-to-day life through culture, education, and devotion.

Daily Temple Schedule & Timings

The temple follows a strict schedule of worship and darshan for devotees.

  • Morning Darshan: 4:30 AM – 1:00 PM

    • Mangala Arati: 4:30 AM

    • Sringar Darshan: 7:30 AM

    • Srimad Bhagavatam Class: 8:10 AM

  • Evening Darshan: 4:30 PM – 8:45 PM

    • Gaura Arati: 7:00 PM

    • Sayana Arati: 8:30 PM

(Note: The temple is closed for darshan between 1:00 PM and 4:30 PM).

The temple organizes a wide range of spiritual and social activities:

  • Spiritual Education: Daily classes in Sanskrit, Bhagavad-gita, and Srimad Bhagavatam. They also conduct seminars in colleges, schools, and corporate centers.

  • Festivals: Major festivals like Sri Krishna Janmashtami, Ratha Yatra, Vaikuntha Ekadasi, Govardhan Puja, and Gita Jayanti are celebrated on a grand scale.

  • Annadan Seva (Food for Life): The temple is actively involved in distributing free, sanctified vegetarian food (prasadam) to the needy, including relief work during crises like floods.

  • ISKCON Youth Services (IYS): A dedicated wing that addresses the issues faced by modern youth, helping them find direction and success through spiritual grounding.

  • Congregational Preaching: Programs like Bhakti Vriksha and Bhakti Shastri are conducted to train devotees in Vedic scriptures.
