Institute of Human Study
The Institute of Human Study operates under the aegis of the Aurodarshan Trust, which was established on April 4, 1981. The trust and the institute were founded as the realization of a dream by Prof. Madhusudan Reddy, who envisioned “an academy of seeker-souls with a spiritual focus.” This vision was presented to The Mother (Mirra Alfassa, spiritual collaborator of Sri Aurobindo), who gave her approval and blessings to the initiative.
