The Hindu Spiritual and Service Foundation (HSSF) is a voluntary, spiritual-service organization operating in Hyderabad as part of a national movement to highlight the civilizational values of Hindu Dharma through community service and cultural initiatives.

It aims to dispel misconceptions about Hinduism by showcasing its deeply rooted traditions of service, compassion, patriotism, and environmental consciousness, under the guiding theme of “Desam – Deivam – Dharmam” (Nation – Divinity – Dharma).


🏛️ Founding & National Affiliation

HSSF Hyderabad is a chapter of the national initiative started by the Global Foundation for Civilizational Harmony – India (GFCH‑India).
GFCH was founded in 2008 by revered leaders including:

  • His Holiness the Dalai Lama

  • Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam (Former President of India)

  • Swami Dayananda Saraswati

  • Sri Sri Ravishankar, Swami Ramdev, Cardinal Oswald Gracias, and others.

The core objective is to build interfaith harmony, cultural pride, and spiritual collaboration across India and the world.


🎪 Major Event: Hindu Spiritual and Service Fair (Seva Pradarshini)

Every year, HSSF Hyderabad organizes a large-scale “Hindu Spiritual and Service Fair” that draws participation from spiritual organizations, NGOs, educational institutions, and the public.

2024 Highlights:

  • Dates: November 7–10, 2024

  • Venue: Nampally Exhibition Grounds, Hyderabad

  • Participation:

    • 150+ stalls by spiritual trusts and NGOs

    • 120+ organizations participated daily

    • Over 5,000 students and 1,000 staff members attended

  • Special Guests:

    • HH Tridandi Chinna Jeeyar Swamiji

    • Swami Shitikanthananda (Ramakrishna Mission)

    • L.V. Subrahmanyam, Former Chief Secretary of Andhra Pradesh
