Arogyadham

Arogyadham (also known as Govardhanam Goshala) is a non-profit sanctuary and cow protection organisation based in Hyderabad. Operating for over a decade on a 10-acre plot, it focuses on preserving indigenous Gir cows and promoting Vedic living without a profit motive.

Founders & Leadership 

• Lakshman Sharma (Founder) along with guidance from Prof. K. Ramsubramanian (IIT Mumbai Sanskrit scholar), both deeply rooted in Bhagavad Gita and Panchgavya traditions.

• Extend cow protection (Go Seva)

• Promote Panchgavya therapy (Cowpathy)

• Encourage cow-based agriculture (Go-Adharitha farming)

🐄 Services & Offerings

1. Goseva (Cow Care & Sponsorship)

• Sponsor feeding cycles: daily, weekly, fortnightly, monthly, annually

• Sponsor cow healthcare and veterinary services

• Gift a cow (Gowdhanam) or sponsor grass/fodder

Sponsorship Options:

• Adopt a cow: ₹3,001/month

• Adopt a calf: ₹1,501/month

• Feeding/fodder sponsorship includes multiple options from 1‑day to 15‑day plans 

2. Go‑Pooja & Annadanam

• Ritual worship on Amavasya (new moon), followed by Annadanam (offering meals) to devotees and cows. 

3. Go‑Adharitha Vyavasayam (Cow‑Based Farming)

• Organic, cow-dung based agricultural practices

• Natural eco-system regeneration, soil fertility, and sustainable farming

4. Panchgavya Chikitsa (Cowpathy / Ayurvedic Care)

• Utilises five cow‑derivatives—milk, ghee, urine, dung, curd—combined with herbs

• Products target general wellness and specific ailments: BP, diabetes, cardio, infertility, respiratory, arthritis, liver, kidney

5. Cow‑Derived Products

• Vedic Bilona Ghee: hand-churned, Gir cow ghee with wellness benefits

• Panchgavya Ghee, Pidakali (cow dung logs for rituals), Gow Ayur Dant Manjan, Dhoop Sticks, Pain Relief Oil, Amrit Dhara, Tulsi Ark, Chyawanprash, Nosil Drops, Arthritis Kit, herbal churnams, and water purification Bhasmam

• All products are home-delivered across India (except Australia) 

6. Veterinary & Animal Support

• Routine health checkups, vaccinations, medication (both Panchgavya-based and homeopathy) provided by professionals
