Adileela Foundation is a non-profit, non-political, and secular organization committed to social upliftment through education, health, rural development, and cultural empowerment. Established informally in 1994 by a group of like-minded professionals and government officers in Delhi, it was formally registered in 2003 with a national presence. The foundation focuses on holistic development, especially among underprivileged and marginalized communities.

The foundation was conceptualized by Dr. S. Adinarayana, a visionary dedicated to community development, education, and rural empowerment. Under his guidance, the foundation has grown into a multi-state organization supported by a strong advisory board and regional coordinators.

The Adileela Foundation works toward creating a better society through a variety of initiatives. Its key objectives include:

1. Education & Career Development – Guiding students in higher education, providing career counseling, and supporting with admissions.

2. Skill Development & Vocational Training – Promoting self-employment and economic empowerment through hands-on training.

3. Health & Well-being – Organizing free medical camps, health awareness programs, and supporting physically challenged individuals.

4. Rural & Artisan Support – Uplifting rural communities, handloom weavers, and artisans through livelihood and welfare schemes.

5. Women & Child Welfare – Supporting widows, senior citizens, and orphaned children through tailored programs.

6. Cultural Promotion – Conducting cultural festivals, honoring achievers, and preserving India’s traditional heritage.

7. Disaster Relief & Rehabilitation – Providing support during floods, cyclones, and pandemics like COVID-19.

1. Educational Programs

• Free tuition, digital learning support, and scholarships for underprivileged students.

2. Health Camps & Medical Aid

• Free diagnostic tests (ECG, blood sugar, etc.), consultations, and distribution of medicines.

• Organizes blood donation camps and eye check-up camps.
