The Amma Foundation (registered in October 2018, Trust in Telangana) is an independent, charitable NGO dedicated to uplifting underprivileged children, women, senior citizens, farmers, and rural communities. It operates across Hyderabad and surrounding districts, focusing on education, healthcare, shelter, skill development, and environmental sustainability.

🧒 Child Welfare & Education
Residential care, full education from KG through post-graduation, food, shelter, medical aid, and provision of school bags and books. Currently supports ~36 underprivileged, orphaned, and disabled children.
👵 Senior Citizen Support & Shelter
Provides safe, caring accommodation for elderly individuals in need .
👩 Women & Pregnant Mothers
Offers maternal support programs such as “sreemantalu” (baby-shower) events — e.g., in February 2020 at UPPAL, supporting expecting mothers.
💍 Marriage Support
Facilitated matrimonial ceremonies for 75+ underprivileged couples, including a notable 75th marriage event held at TTD Kalyana Mandapam, Hyderabad in November 2021
👨⚕️ Health Camps & Disability Support
Organizes periodic health camps and provides computer training for blind children at BKPS Begumpet, Hyderabad.
🛠 Community & Rural Development
Implements livelihood and skill-development training for youth. Supports farmers, executes rural development and environmental sustainability initiatives like rainwater harvesting and tree planting.
