With a minimal staff structure, the organization operates through passionate volunteers. They hold 80G, 12A, FCRA, and CSR registration, ensuring transparent funding and tax benefits.

• Super 60: Intensive mentoring for select students to elevate skills, values, and competencies, aiming to break poverty cycles.

• Scholarship Programme: Financial support for meritorious students in Intermediate, Diploma, Graduation, Engineering, MBBS across AP & Telangana, backed by partners like Chegg India & Shikshadaan.

• NMMS & PolyCET Coaching: Free coaching empowers government school students to succeed in national scholarships and entrance exams.

🌍 Outreach & Engagement

• Medical Camps: Monthly camps in tribal and rural areas addressing malaria, nutrition, and hygiene.

• Old-age Home Support: Regular emotional, festive, and financial support at homes like Loyola and Annapurna Devi.

• Blood Donation Drives: Collaboration with Life Share Blood Bank to meet community needs.

• COVID-19 Relief: Distributed ration kits to migrant laborers, artisans, teachers, and provided digital learning support.
