The Indo-Japan Shivswaraj Rath Yatra 2025 is a historic event dedicated to honoring Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj and his vision of Hindavi Swarajya. This grand yatra will take place from 16th January to 8th March 2025, culminating in the unveiling of a majestic statue in Japan, symbolizing his global impact on justice, courage, and Dharma.

The Rath Yatra will travel through major Indian cities, including Hyderabad, Mumbai, Delhi, Kolkata, and Chennai, before proceeding to Japan. Along the way, cultural programs such as seminars, exhibitions, and events will showcase Shivaji Maharaj’s achievements and legacy. Additionally, the event will promote the National Holiday Campaign, advocating for Shivaji Jayanti to be declared a national holiday in his honor.

On 21st January 2025, Sree Chandrashekhar Chavan Garu, Founder & Chairman of the Sree Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Foundation (SCSMF), will participate in the Rath Yatra in Hyderabad. He also met with Uttam Mandre, a key organizer of the event, to appreciate his efforts in promoting Shivaji Maharaj’s legacy and supporting the National Holiday campaign.
